-: Room that we paid for was not available, we bought a private room and it was not private and there was no reason for us to spend extra for preferred because everybody had access to the preferred amenities. A lot of money wasted in my opinion but great amazing staff !

+: Wow, el hotel es impresionante! La verdad vale muchísimo la pena, las instalaciones, la atención del personal, la ubicación, la comida... La verdad es que quedamos fascinados con el lugar. Regresaríamos muchas veces más!
-: Lo único que no me gustó es que la habitación la entregaron hasta las 5 de la tarde aproximadamente, y ellos mismos indican que el check in es a las 3 de la tarde. Sólo estaríamos un día, entonces sí fue muy molesta la situación.

+: el servicio premiun que tienen es impresionante. Claro que también es algo costoso, pero vale la pena. Estan todo el tiempo pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesites y lo resuleven al momento.
-: Este resort esta muy pensado para un publico mayoritariamente americano. Practicamente se habla en ingles todo el tiempo. Es entendible porque diria que mas del 80% de los pasajeros eran americanos. Eso nos choca un poco a los latinos, pero también es entendible.
