+: De que desayuno hablan, a nosotros no nos dieron. El personal de recepción debe ser más cortes en cuanto a la orientación de los servicios que ofrece el hotel.

-: Cuando el huésped reporte alguna anomalía en su habitación lo atiendan con prontitud y cortesía. debe reconocer que si no hay Huésped, no hay trabajo.

+: L’emplacement par rapport aux commerces, restau, etc…

-: Pour 100€ la nuit on pourrait s’attendre à mieux. C’est sale, robinets rouillés, peintures des murs abîmées et sales, pas de draps une sorte d’édredon en lieu et place. Menage approximatif… quelques cafards de compagnie.

+: Posizione buona, non lontano dal mare, lenzuola e biancheria pulite

-: All’accoglienza ci han detto di andare a vedere la camera per vedere se ci andava bene, in quanto non avrebbero restituito nulla. Internet ed aria condizionata non funzionavano, angolo cottura sporchissimo, ruggine sui rubinetti e sulle posate! Mancanza di manutenzione in generale

+: The room had good air conditioning & room darkening curtains. We got a ground floor room as we requested since my mom is 82.

-: There were only 7 old & uncomfortable chaise lounge chairs for 50+ people. The fire extinguishers were not functional. The fridgewater cooler was so loud it woke us up. There were no labelsinstructions for the lights, tv or hot water for the shower. There was only 1 room key, no DO NOT DISTURB sign. There was no door mat and the white tile floors were very slippery.
