+: Acogedor, el buen servicio de Julia y el excelente trato de los chicos del área del bar de la piscina y el Chico del bar de la recepción.
-: Deberían tomar en cuenta el personal a la hora de realizar la el check-in hacer lo que dice la reserva no lo que se le haga más cómodo ya que nos entregaron las habitaciones de reservas contrarias. Así como también tomar en cuenta que pagamos para un mejor servicio no para que a la hora de irnos nos intimidarán de una forma como si hubiésemos hecho incorrecto. En conclusión deben tomar en cuenta al personal de recepción, los maleteros y la chica de la cafetería.

+: Su entorno, arquitectura y lo acogedor
-: Su personal a la hora del checkout nos hizo sentir como si quisieran que nos fuéramos de inmediato, además muy poco cortés a excepción de nuestra mayordomo Julia que nos convirtió ese mal trato en una mejor experiencia… en fin todos los empleados de recepción deberían tomar como modelo a Julia una excelente persona, de buen trato y afable.
