+: Great beach front location, confortable apartment, quiet place, private pool was very nice.

-: The main pool deck needs maintenance. The apartment buildings needs maintenance painting on the outside walls. This is particulary important for an expensive rental like this.

-: Huge noise from the construction next door. Place itself has seen better days and needs a refresh. Walking path logs loose. Tv broken. Sink faucets loose. Fridge making a bad rattling sound.
