-: استقبال سيء سألت عن النشاطات قالولي روح شوف اللوحه اللي فيها النشاطات موظف من الاستقبال اسمه السيد دزلي علي واتساب وتصلت عليه مارد حتى بالخروج رفض يصعد التاكسي لجباري على سيارتهم بعدها يسألني الاخ السيد لماذا لم تتواصل معي لا يرد علي الاتصال ولازم ابحث عنه عشان تمشي اموري شي غريب لا يستحق فئة الخمس نجوم اتمنا عدم المجامله في التقيم عشان ماننخدع

+: Exzellenter Service. Die Zimmer und die Anlage war wie auf den Bildern. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Preise im Spa etwas überteuert, aber mit etwas verhandlungsgeschickt bekommt ihr tolle Massagen geliefert. Unser Flug war erst um 18 Uhr, wir durften später auschecken und noch zu Mittag essen. Eine absolute Empfehlung unsererseits! Wir kommen wieder!

+: Très bon hôtel, très luxueux, personnel très gentil. Chambres très propres. Petit + pour le lobby qui est super, les cocktails sont incroyables et le personnel est adorable.
