+: The property and the location was really good, food was high quality and varieties, staff was amazing especially the manager Sherief Mohamed was amazing and very supportive.
-: I didn’t like how the reservation and booking.com handling the process of our check in and we arrived at 12 pm we got our room after 5 pm and I was having 4 seniors in the group the youngest was 70 y.o and one of them having cancer and other health issues, I was so disappointed that they destroyed our day because of booking.Com fault and lack of flexibility by the reservation team at the hotel. I don’t think I will use booking.com anymore.

+: Funcionários muito simpáticos;A comida é óptima e com muita variedade;Estão sempre a servir bebidas e água tem por todo o lado em arcas frigoríficas;As piscinas são óptimas, e para quem tem filhos é uma diversão todos os dias ter 4 piscinas com escorregas;Tem muito espaço exterior, desde camas, espreguiçadeira, puffs...tivemos sempre lugar junto à piscina ou praia
-: A praia é pequena;Quem gostar de fazer snorkling não é funcional, tem mesmo que sair em excursão para alto mar;Restaurante à la carte, a comida é boa,mas é como a do buffet só que nos servem na mesa, e tem menos pessoas visto ser por marcação.

-: The food choice was very poor! Asian, Italian or oriental, it was basically the same style food, every day repeated, not much option.There was a very bad and strong smell from the toilets throughout our stay, like the sewage pipes were full, was disgusting to smell every morning.
