+: We had a great stay at this hotel. We have been there several times and we are never disappointed. The proximity of the "dimension bleue" diving club is an asset; it is therefore very easy to go diving or snorkeling. The hotel staff is very helpful and very attentive. The setting is magnificent. The hotel manager was very attentive to our well-being. We thank the whole team.

+: New beautiful hotel. Comfortable rooms, beds with good mattresses and pillows. Excellent beach for children, you don't have to be afraid of sharks.

-: Absolutely not responsible staff. If you take 2 identical cocktails, they may have different tastes, because bartenders work on speed, not quality. Towels are stolen on the beach, the staff shrugs and says that you have to take care of the towel yourself (swim with a towel?). If you book with Booking.com, the attitude of the staff is different and solving many issues is easier, because they are worried about the rating. On the second day of vacation, the cover was removed from the bar in the pool and an umbrella was provided for the bartender. For what? I understand that fewer people would gather near the bar. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the evening.

+: I liked that the place is beautiful and its location is very nice and the sea is very clean

-: There are a lot of insects, especially mosquitoes and locusts, which is very terrifying for children. There is no response from the hotel staff that the place should be sprayed because the mosquitoes have caused allergies and problems for many people, including me. When I asked for at least a mosquito repellent device, they left me for two hours and then sent me a spray bottle to spray in the room. I asked for the spray bottle to be returned again. Even the type of spray was very poor, not the type without a smell. I mean, if someone sprayed it in the room and he has allergies or the children have allergies like my children, he could die. For example, the problem is that the room has two balconies and they have a very beautiful view of the swimming pool and the sea, and despite that, we are suffering and we do not know how to enter them because of the large number of mosquitoes and locusts.
