The hotel Cyrene Island Hotel is located in Montazah Bay, 10 km from the airport of Sharm El Sheikh, on the second line. The total area of the hotel is 29,000 sq.m.
The rooms of the hotel Cyrene Island Hotel are include: bathroom with shower or bath (soap, shampoo and shower gel), hairdryer, split air conditioner, satellite TV, minibar (according to the hotel's concept), tea and coffee set (only for VIP guests), telephone, safe, balcony, terrace or window.

The "All Inclusive" system operates from 10:30-23:00, includes three meals a day in the main restaurant Ghadamis (buffet): breakfast from 07:00-10:00, lunch from 13:00-15:00, dinner from 19:00-21:00.
Snacks: 10:30-11:00 at the lobby bar and from 15:00 -16:30 at the beach bar.
Drinks by glass: soft drinks, mineral water, juices, tea and coffee, soft cocktails, local beer, some alcoholic cocktails, local alcoholic drinks.
Wine is served in glasses during lunch and dinner in the main restaurant.
With a fee: room service, Caribbean Bar, fresh juices, seafood dinner, imported drinks and spirits, in-room minibar, Illy-Café and Espresso Café, all drinks and food from 23:00-07:00.
To ensure the best possible service, guests should always wear all-inclusive bracelets.
Food and drinks must be consumed personally by all-inclusive guests.
The last meal before departure will be breakfast in case the guest dined on the first day, but if he arrives late in the afternoon, he will be able to dine on the last day instead of the first day.
Otherwise, lunch will be at an additional cost.
Sandy beach 300 meters from the hotel (pontoon). A free shuttle bus runs to the beach from 08: 00-17: 00. Umbrellas, sun loungers, mattresses and beach towels are free.
The hotel was opened in 2003 and has not been renovated.
Standard Sea View may not have a direct view of the sea, that is, sea view can be either with a direct view of the sea, or with a partial or side view.
Wine is served only during lunch and dinner at the main restaurant.
Only 2 bars are open - in the lobby and on the beach.

-: 1. Poor Planning and Inconvenient Location: The hotel is poorly planned and located far from any services or attractions. Within the hotel, the rooms are situated at an inconvenient distance from essential facilities like the pool, restaurant, or any other amenities, requiring long walks to reach them. Additionally, accessing the beach requires a special shuttle service, which means waiting at designated spots for the hotel bus—a huge inconvenience.2. Unprofessional Reception Staff: The reception staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. There were multiple instances of arguments between the staff and guests, which is simply unacceptable in a hospitality setting.3. Poor Room Cleaning: The housekeeping staff did a terrible job of cleaning the rooms. It was clear that no attention to detail was given, and the rooms were barely cleaned. The overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired.4. Terrible Food: The food at the hotel was atrocious. There were hardly any dishes that were palatable, let alone enjoyable. It felt like the chef had no experience or interest in providing quality meals.5. Rude Restaurant Manager: The restaurant staff, especially the manager Emad Abdullah, were extremely discourteous. On multiple occasions, there were heated exchanges between him and the guests. His lack of professionalism severely impacted our dining experience.6. Poor Air Conditioning in Reception: The air conditioning in the reception area was almost non-existent. It barely functioned, making the waiting experience uncomfortable.7. Discrimination Against Local Guests: There was a noticeable difference in how Egyptian guests were treated compared to those of other nationalities, despite everyone paying significant amounts for their stay. This was extremely disappointing and made us feel undervalued.8.

-: تم تاخيرى فى استلام غرفتين الى الساعة 3 بالرغم من ابلاغى بالوصول مبكرا و التعامل بالاستقبال ليس جيدا و لا يوجد حسن معاملة اطلاقا.المطعم لايوجد به تنوع و المسؤل عنه تعامله سىء بالنسبة للمصريين وابلغت الادلرة بذلك..وعند مغادرتى تم طلب فرق مبلغ من الريسبشن علما باننى دفعت كل المبلغ كما فى بوكينج اول قبل استلامى للغرف ب 3 ساعات ..لن اكرر التجربة بهذا الاوتيل
