+: تعاون بعض أفراد الطاقم

-: 1- تم سحب المبلغ بالعمله المحليه من الفيزا معللين ذالك ان مكينه الفيزا فيها عمله وحده.2- نظافة الغرف لم تكون جيده وانه يتم سوالك هل تحتاج تنظيف او تغير فرش السرير بعد 3 ايام هذا الكلام لايعقل.3- صندوق الأمانات لايعمل اخبرت الموظف وقال تمام ياباشا لليوم الثاني محد جاني ورحت اليوم الثاني الصباح وكلمتهم مره ثانيه وبعدها ارسلو شخص.4- اثاث الغرف عادي5- المكيف لم يكن بارد .ارجو الاهتمام بطاقم الاستقبال و خدمه الغرف

+: they need to improve alot they charge but dont give service.

-: nothing there and very slow service and customer and they charge different then we booked its booking.com fault they should give refund we booked with different price but they charge different i complaint more then 10 times to booking.com but they didn't take serious.. and i still waiting for the refund.
