+: The best hotel I went to, there are so many beautiful and excellent things to say but I would say that The place (the hotel, the rooms, the view, the pools, the turquoise beach), the helpfulness, the hygiene,the serenity, the cleanliness, the security inside and outside of the hotel, the attention to the detail and Above all the stuff, they were amazing, always smiling, helpful and listening (special mention for the chefs and the waiters of the buffet, always smiling and welcoming in addition to doing a very good job next door). Everything is constantly cleaned, facilitated, the hotel is opérational 24 hours a day so that our comfort and our stay goes extremely well. A perfect trip to hurghada in part thanks to this hotel and the staff who work there, so thanks to them!
-: The sales guys for (Spa - Salt Spa - etc.) on the pool and beach and how they are sooo pushing even if i told them THANK YOU im not intrested , The management have to stop them as they was intrupting my relaxation time.

+: Sehr schön angelegtes großes Resort, mehr als genügend Liegen am Pool sowie am Meer (waren im August da, man konnte zu jeder Tageszeit überall perfekte Liegen finden, musste nichts reservieren), viele zusätzliche A La Cart Restaurants zum normalen Buffet, Meer von der Farbe her sensationell, teils etwas steinig, dafür kann man überall im Stehen Korallen und bunte schöne Fische beobachten, toll! Viele und große Pools. Adults only Bereiche sind super, vor allem auch deshalb, weil man hier auch nicht von Verkäufern oder so angesprochen wird bzw über Angebote nicht informiert wird und einfach seine Ruhe genießen kann. Wirklich ein schönes Resort!
-: Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist VIEL VIEL zu laut und hat mich mehrmals jede Nacht geweckt und Kopfschmerzen bereitet (bin hier grundsätzlich gar nicht anfällig oder empfindlich). Er wird auch nur mit Wasser wiederbefüllt, alle anderen Getränke werden auch bei Premium Exclusive nicht wieder aufgefüllt (was absolut nicht schlimm ist, aber dann könnte der Kühlschrank meiner Meinung nach einfach komplett weg bzw abgeschalten werden, dann wäre der Schlaf viel besser!).Leider am Ende des Urlaubs eine Magenverstimmung bekommen, an was das lag, ist mir aber unklar. Essen war top! Mein Partner hatte zudem nichts.

+: Very solution driven staff, who all very much want to ensure I am having the best time. I had experienced a problem, and we negotiated a solution which suited everyone. I was quite impressed and it was fitting for a 5star residence.I loved it having its own coral reef and incredible fish just off the shoreI really liked the treatment in the salt cave, in the shopping area. It really prepared my skin for a good tan and cleared out toxins. We also liked the half day snorkelling tour to swim with dolphins.
-: Having to leave! Closing the pier at 7pm before sunset (7.20pm). I would have loved to stay on the pier a little longer to watch the colours
