+: غرف نظيفة والاثاث شبه جديد جداً والموظفين بشوشين والاهتمام بالاطفال والنزلاء وتوفير وسائل ترفيهيه كثيره

-: الاكل سئ بالنسبة للقيمة المدفوعة الانشطة تهتم بالاجانب اكتر ولغه اجنبيه للتحدث مع الاطفال وبذلك تقصير في الاطفال الذين يفهموا اللغه العربية عروض شبه فاضحة لا تتناسب مع العرب

+: Odamızın temizliğini ve 2. katımızla ilgilenen housekeeper George beyden ve yardımseverliğinden çok memnunuz

-: Yemek süreleri kısa, alakart restoran var ama menü yok ve rezervasyon için kısa bir zaman veriyorlar, sahili beğenmedik, sadece resiflerin olduğu kısım güzel, odamız etkinlik alanına bakıyordu ve gece 11e kadar hep gürültülüydü, kokteyller çok kötü ve mayonez sos yok otelde nedenini bilmiyorum, yemekler güzel değil ancak çeşit çok yiyecek bir şey bulunuyor

-: مرور الموظفين المختصين ببكجات العروض كرحلات الغوص والسفاري ومندوبي تسويق للسبا كل خمس دقايق يمرون اثناء استرخاءك على البيلاج ويقومون بالعرض عليك اكثر من مره مما يعكر مزاجك ، اتمنى وجود مكاتب مختصه داخل الفندق بدلا من تجولهم بلا رقابه وبشكل مزعج للغايه .. علما هذا رأي اغلب النزلاء للفندق عندما تم مبادله الحديث معهم .. عدا ذلك شكرا للفندق على كل شي جميل

+: The place is really clean. The personnel is really helpfull and friendly, they make you feel really welcome. The restaurants have a nice variety and good quality food. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need.

-: Name of the hotel on Booking is not the same as in reality. Real name is Beach Albatros Resort. Also address on Booking.com is not correct. This can be little confusing when asking a taxi. Alcoholic drinks are limited and not so nice.

+: Temizlik çok iyidi . Alkoller kısıtlı sadece yerel alkoller mevcut . Kahvaltıda omlet hariç yiyecekler pek bize hitap etmiyor ama öğlen ve akşam yemeği çeşidi iyi . Snack büfesinde hergün hamburger ve pizza var başka birşey yok ücrete göre kıyaslarsak oldukça yeterliydi son gün uçağımız geç olmasına rağmen resepsiyonda ki shaban bey odayı saat 18:00 e kadar ücretsiz kullanmamıza izin verdi ve otel oradan ayrılana kadar tüm imkanlardan faydalanmamıza izin verdi bizim için gayet dengeli tatil oldu oda temizliği için bulunan arkadaş her gün müthiş temizledi odamızı.
