+: Collection from airport was on-time.

-: I had a Written Agreement with them which they refused to honour after I checked in. I had a special rate Agreement with cout 20:00.They changed the time to 17:00 for that rate with no consent from me.They refused me lunchdinner menu when my room had a menu stating available 24hours.They offered me breakfast for almost $40.00. They said if I stayed on until 20:00 and paid full price, then they'd include the breakfast. Staff were too rude and refused to say goodbye as I asked for a receipt on leaving. I stipulated no-smoking room but their was a smell of smoke inside and an ashtray. Just some of what I didn't like.
