+: Struttura dotata di una hall accogliente ,mega piscina e accesso diretto sulla spiaggia

-: In generale è stato tutto positivo ,dal cibo al personale ,alla pulizia delle stanze ,all’organizzazione sulla spiaggia, alla distanza dal centro.Uniche due pecche :1 carino cenare sulla piscina di sera ma c’erano persone che fumavano e il forte vento spazzava il fumo ai tavoli affianco per questo consiglio un bel CARTELLO “VIETATO FUMARE”2 Acqua servita troppo calda con 40 gradi ( a nostro parere l’acqua va servita più fredda, evidentemente i frighi non hanno una potenza tale da mantenere fredde le bevande)Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura

+: Five years ago, I wrote a review here. This time, my daughter, Farah, insisted on writing it herself. Here it is: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bel Air Azur in Hurghada, and even after visiting five years ago, I was delighted to see that the hotel has managed to maintain its high standards. It was a thoroughly positive experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a trip to Hurghada. The quality of the rooms and cleanliness were exceptional, and the whole staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We encountered a minor issue with the toilet, but it was resolved immediately, showcasing the staff's attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction. The hotel's location is, without a doubt, one of the best in Hurghada. The proximity to the beach allows for daily snorkeling adventures, with beautiful coral reefs right at your doorstep—truly a highlight of our stay. One area for improvement could be the beach bar. It would be great to see some upgrades, like adding ice cream and snack options to enhance the beachside experience. Despite this, our overall experience was outstanding. I will definitely return to Bel Air Azur on my next visit to Hurghada and highly recommend it to others looking for a blend of comfort, excellent service, and prime location for exploring the beauty of the Red Sea. That was Farah's review. I'd like to add three more points that she missed probably because of her extreme passion: 1. Exactly as it was five years ago, the food variety, taste and quality are magnificent. We wished we could give the chef and his assistants warm hugs :), also to the purchasing personnel and the whole management for getting such high-quality ingredients. 2. All of us extremely enjoyed the well-maintained clean squash and tennis courts. 3. Best value-for-money anyone can ever get.

+: L'emplacement, les activités piscine proposé par l'hôtel, l'ensemble du personnel qui étaient très gentils !

-: L'équipement de la salle de bain (la porte de la douche) se bloquer souvent... On s'est retrouvé enfermé malheureusement mais après cet incident ils sont venus changer la porte. L'organisation des emplacements chaises longues de la plage si vous faites pas partie de l'hôtel, ils vous demandent de vous déplacer alors que c'est le même groupe.... Pas très claire leur organisation
