+: موقع مكان الإقامة بعيد عن المطار . ولكن احنا مخرجناش بره الفندق الفطار كويس جدا ومتنوع ولكن الغدا والعشا كان كله حلو جدا ماعدا الأسماك كانت مش لطيفة خالص .. طاقم العمل كله متعاون .. البحر والبول ممتازين .. فريق الانيميشن ممتاز .. الفندق ملئ بالأنشطة واحنا استمتعنا جدا .. احب اشكر ا مروة مسئولة العلاقات العامه واد ايه كانت متعاونه وجميلة .. وكمان جميع الطاقم ممتاز ومتعاون جدا جدا

-: الأسماك فى الغدا او العشا مكنتش حلوه وضرورى وجود جانب خاص للاسماك داخل المطعم وعدم تواجده وسط البوفيه .. الحجز الأماكن على البيتش والبول مكنش لطيف أرجو تنظيمه . غير كده كل حاجه ممتازة

-: the staff weren’t welcoming at all, most of the time they try to ignore us and act like they don’t see us, no one even smiled except the guy who cleanes at the beach,very poor hospitality and service. when we arrived at the hotel the staff there assumed that my dad is our driver and told him to leave.. he didn’t even ask him if he was the driver or not. also i don’t look egyptian sice my mom is not from egypt but i understand arabic, every time we go eat or walking around the hotel i hear the staff shouting and talking bad to eachother since they think i don’t understand them, i felt also bad for them. i travel alot and have been to alot of hotels around the work as i work in aviation, never saw something like this hotel.

-: Just main restaurant need more food variety and taste quality to be wonderful but other restaurants are Excellent.
