The total area of the hotel is 145,000 square meters. The hotel consists of a main 3-storey building and 3 3-storey buildings (2 elevators). The hotel was opened in 2008. Deluxe Room

• 72 sq.m., superior room with sea view, consists of living room and sleeping area. The room has a king bed or twin beds and 2 sofas (extra bed), living room, air conditioning, shower, hairdryer, mini bar, telephone, coffee and tea set, in-room safe, TV: satellite, bedroom. This room is located on the ground floor only.

Family Suite

• 65 sq.m., two-room suite (two bedrooms). In the first bedroom - twin beds (passage room); in the second - king size bed, terrace / balcony, air conditioning, shower, hairdryer, mini bar, telephone, coffee and tea set, safe in the room, there are Russian channels. There is a door between the rooms. No extra bed is provided.
