The private sandy beach (separate zone) is located across the road (there is an underground tunnel) at the Coral Beach El Montazah The View, entrance to the sea from the pontoon. Umbrellas, sun loungers, mattresses and towels are free.

The hotel was opened in 1999, the last renovation was carried out in 2018 (renovation of some rooms and hotel grounds).

There is a motor road between the hotel and the beach, there is an underground passage.

The hotel has two swimming pools: the main pool can be used by families with children, while the pool near the beach will be an adult-only relaxation area. The beach is divided into two parts: for the guests of The View and for The Resort. The restaurants of the hotel can be used by both families with children and only adults (no separation).
