-: -J'ai payer all inclusive pour qu'à la fin vous me vendez le jus d'orange à 60 livre égyptien c'est inacceptable et honteux -votre etablissement nous vends internet (wifi) c grave en est en 2024 j'ai jamais vue sa dans un autre hôtel 500 livre égyptien pour avoir le wifi illimité -nourriture répétitif -animation à la piscine toujours la même musique et le même mouvement -la meilleure vous prenez 50 dollar pour les gens qui veulent faire le check in à 7 h du matin malgré que les chambres sont vide j'étais fatigué mon avion a fait un retard de 2 heures j'ai atterri a 4h du matin et j'étais avec les enfants l'année passée à pickalbatros en ma donné la chambre à 8h du matin sans frais et la même chose pour le check out 60 dollars pour 4 heures de plus c'est du profitage touristique. -
