+: Almost everything, especially the staff in the resort , always available for our request. The coral reef in the resort is really beautiful. The food and drinks are great. The spa and the massage. WiFi works well in every area. The beach area is very big , you can always get the bed available .
-: The air conditioning is quite noisy , I’m a light sleeper, during the nights I was waked up constantly. But it works , the room was always cool. The pool area you need to getup early to occupy the bed.

+: Pulizia ottima, spiaggia bellissima con accesso diretto anche senza scarpette, cibo abbastanza vario (buono ma ovviamente non paragonabile all’Italia) con opzioni per vegani e celiaci, personale gentile.
-: Camerieri a volte un po’ troppo insistenti, tantissime attenzioni palesemente per ricevere mance.

+: I stayed for 5 days, the hotel is perfect 1010, very clean, very pleasant and friendly staff, the waiters and the pool and beach managers and the tent manager are nice and helpful the food is perfect 1010, the cocktails are good, it is the best hotel to rest because it is very quiet, I will definitely come back next year
-: We would like to have some free activities, like diving, and the free shuttle to visit Soho Square at night.
