+: 1- Mr Mahmoud at the front desk was very helpful and helped us to have one of the best experiences we ever had in Gouna 2- the facilities are well maintained 3- the pool area and the sandy beach are very nice 4- food quality is very good 5- the hotel staff are very efficient, and helpful
-: 1- Quality of beverages at the pool bar needs much improvement 2- the hotel is a bit far from Gouna downtown and marina and it is not easy to get an uber or a toktok in the calm neighborhood the hotel is at. although the front desk staff are so helpful and they can help you to find a ride , I think the hotel needs to have a shuttle service at least to Gouna downtown 3- at the 2nd day of our stay, one of the management staff entered the hotel restaurant during the breakfast buffet with a camera team probably to prepare some marketing campaign for the hotel but it was very very unprofessional to have a camera crew casually taking pics while guests are eating their breakfasts. it could have been easily done at a different time.
