+: Location and value for money!

-: Unusual unfriendly personel, no matter if at the reception or the breakfast area! It might be due to the travel groups they have, payinf little but expacting a lot for free! It made us feel a bit unwelcomed. We will not choose this place again!

+: L'hôtel est une succession de petites maisons charmantes très bien disposées. L'endroit est calme, magnifique, proche du downtown d'ElGouna avec un accès par bateau sur une petite plage privée inclus. Sécurisé et bien accueilli, nous garderons un très beau souvenir de cet endroit.

+: Très bel hôtel, la piscine, la décoration, le lagon sont très agréables.

-: Système de carte pour récupérer des serviettes pour la piscine, compliqué et la personne en charge des serviettes n'est pas souvent présente. Nous avons du à plusieurs reprises attendre plus de 15min pour nos serviettes. Le restaurant (buffets pour déjeuner et diner) est acceptable mais pas très bon. Les jus du petit déjeuner sont par exemple très mauvais. Quelques équipements de la chambre sont vieillissants (draps boulochés, serviettes effilochées, pommeau de douche qui ne tient pas droit sur la barre...).
