-: The condition of the apartment is very low. it is old, dirty, not cleaned properly for years. The bed linen was not fresh. There was a hole burned by a cigarette in it. I couldn’t sleep in the bed even with my clothes on. All the light switches was greasy, not pleasant to touch. Same goes with a sofa, all the appliances.

+: I liked the large area of ​​the apartment, the presence of a kitchen with dishes, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a shower and a bath. This apartment provides full opportunity for independent living. There are shops in the house. The beaches are within walking distance (10-15 minutes), which corresponded to my desire to take daily walks. You can feel like a local here. The owner of the apartment is a friendly person who helps in difficult situations. I will especially note the good Internet, which is important for those who need to work remotely. I am grateful to Irina for the transfer when I arrived and left.
