+: المكان رائع ، هدوء و نظافة و اطلاله ساحره ، والمساحات الخضراء تبعث على الراحة النفسية . الموظفين كلهم رائعين و خصوصا الشاب المحترم في الاستقبال عبدالرحمن احمد ، شخص بشوش وخلوق ومتعاون جدا و خلص لي اجراءات الدخول سريعا ، ومعه شاب طويل اخر في الاستقبال الاثنين يستحقون الثناء وكافة الموظفين ودودين ومتعاونين ، المطعم رائع والطعام عندهم ممتاز ومتنوع ، ويوجد لديهم باص يتحرك مرتين يوميا للممشى السياحي في دهب

-: لا شىء لم يعجبني ، وكنت اتمنى فقط زيادة الفعاليات المسائية و تشغيل موسيقى هادئه في ربوع المنتجع مساءا

+: الهدوء والاطلالة على البحر وحسن الاستقبال و خدمة التوصيل الي الغرف والترحيب بالنزيل وسعر الاقامه مناسبه مع مستوي الفندق ويعتبر افضل من فنادق اخري

-: وجبات العشاء والفطور لم يكن متنوع بالشكل المطلوب التاخر في دخول الغرف الفرش قديم ومفارش السرير قديمه يحتاج الي تجديد الفندق علي جبل في ارتفاعات ودرج كثير لا يصلح لكبار السن لا يوجد خدمات علي البحر من تقديم مشروبات او اي خدمه عند دخول المنتجع لاتدخل السيارات الي عند الاستقبال كنا ننزل عند البوابه بالرغم ساكنين وعارفين لكن لم تدخل كل السيارات

+: شكل الفندق تصميمه مساحته نظافتهالمساحات الخضراءحرصه على راحة النزلاء بتوفير وسيلة نقل للغرفيعمل بالطاقة الشمسية الاصطاف جدا بشوش وخدومين ومتعاونينوخصوصا العاملين بالمطعم غاية فى الذوق الاحترام من اول المديرين والشيفات وحتى العاملين الاكل طعمة لذيذ ونضيف وادوات الطعام نظيفه وكذلك المائدة

-: موقع الفندق بعيد عن الخدمات الجو جدا حار خارج الغرفالشاطئ صخرى لايصلح للنزول ولكن للجلوس فقطلم يكن هناك ترفيه لكن اعتقد لصعوبة الجوالطعام يحتاج الى تغيير وتنوعالعصائر ليست جيدةوحجم اكواب الماء صغيرة جدازجاجات الماء اللى بيعطوها للنزلاء فى الغرفة صغيرة جدا لا تكفى واذا احتجت تانى تشترى بفلوسبعد ماسوينا تشيك اوت لم يرضى الفندق توصيلنا الى موقع الباصات رغم توافر باص خاص به لنقل النزلاء لخارج الفندق لان الفندق جدا بعيد عن موقع الخدمات لازم سيارةولكن طلب لنا سيارة اجرة بمقابل مادى
