+: J’ai eu des problèmes avec un employé qui m’a harcelée mais l’hôtel a vite réagi et a pris les choses sérieusement ( je voyais seule). Ils ont eu un suivi professionnel. Dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est agréable mais dommage pour la propreté de la plage(tables non lavées et déchets dans le fond de la mer). Il y a de la musique tous les soirs jusque 1 heure du matin mais ça c’est ma faute, j’avais mal regardé sur leur site concernant cette information.

+: everything was great, since the entrance, the interiors, the staff, the facilities, the activities, the suite was really amazing much better than expected, the animation team also was so active and positive, the front desk employees were really welcoming, friendly and the answer any question very professionally with a big smile
