One of our top picks in Hurghada.Nestled among lush gardens with palm trees, Giftun Azur Resort features 7 restaurants and 7 bars. It has outdoor pools, and spacious rooms with sea, pool or garden views.

+: 1) Mr. Amr at the reception was extremely professional and very polite. His hospitality will make us return for another visit. The pleasant and helpful attitude of Mr. Emad the waiter at the beach restaurant is to be commended. We are really grateful for his restless efforts to please all the guests. Mr. Ibrahim at the egg-station during the breakfast meal is absolutely professional and his cooking is really marvelous. A special thanks to all three of them as well as to all the staff members. 2) Beach was exceptional, and the sea was very clean. 3) Food was excellent with many varieties in all three meals as well as the snacks. 4) My family and myself will look forward to return in another visit the premises again. We enjoyed our stay to the full.
-: 1) The pillows are really thick and this affected our sleep but we managed. 2) Some sanitary appliances were out of service. 3) The animation team were far below our expectation.

-: The service on the beach not as it's, they was verry connecting with the foreigner not with Egyptian and i told the receptions about that and he told me he will resolve this problem, and the room it was small cause it was economy. the room's hygiene was so low considering the other rooms in the hotel, , the floors needed cleaning when we first got in and the toilets are too huge considering the small size of the room

+: موظفين الريسيبشن قمة فى الذوق والاحترام والتعامل البروفيشينل حتى مع وجود ضغط او وجود مشاكل وخاصتا مستر عمرو بصراحة انسان فاهم شغلة وسط الضغط والمشاكل وهو يسعى لحل المشاكل وارضاء جميع النزلاء الابتسامة لم تفارق وجهة بصراحة ياريت كل الموظفين اخلاقهم وطريقتهم فى التعامل زى حضرتك فعلا" شكرا" مستر عمرو ...... موقع الفندق جميل
-: طاقم السرفيس بيعامل المصريين بطريقة سيئة جدا" ودة لان المصريين محدش بيدفع تيبس لكن الأجنبي لو ادالة دولار واحد أو يورو واحد يعني ادالة 50جنية مصرى وبالتالى معاملة المصريين سيئة ولكن لكى اكون منصف الفندق استبقل أفواج مصريين من شركات سياحة كثير .... المصرى بيدخل عايز ياخد البوفية كلة يحطة قدامة لوحدة يأكل على قد ما يقدر وبعد كدة عايز يرجع باقى الأكل على البوفية وشفنا بعنينا وقولنا للسرفيس على الكلام دة وردهم كان سخيف بالحرف اتقالنا انتم جيست وهما جيست احنا نعمل اية ..... او اطباق اكل لم تلمس وتلقى فى سلة الفضلات بأمانة وكلنا نعلم ان تكلفة المأكولات اصبحت غالية جدا" .... قامت خناقة فى المطعم مابين المصريين فى عشاء يوم الإثنين 2682024 نظرا" لان الفندق استقبل اعداد مصريين بدون ضوابط او استعدادات مناسبة لتلافى اى مشاكل ..... بصراحة انا كنت فى الفندق فى اغسطس 2022 ومن اعجابى بالفندق رجعت تانى للفندق فى شهر يناير 2023 ورجعت تانى للفندق فى اغسطس 2023 ولكن الان سوف افكر كثيرا" جدا" قبل أن اتخذ قرار الحجز مرة أخرى فى هذا الفندق لان مستوى الخدمة يتجة للأسفل .😞😞😞
