+: حصل لنا موقف في نظافة الغرفة 403لكن الاستاذ محمد عادل تعامل مع الموقف باحترافيه مهنيهأستبدل لنا الغرفه بغرفة أجمل وأنظف الله يعطيه العافيةالاستاذ محمد قمة في الادب والاحترام الله يعطيه العافيه واذا برجع برجع للفندق عشان الاستاذ محمد ألف شكر له

+: The staff were very friendly.The swimming pool was amazing.The variety and the taste of food were just incredible.The animation team and the daily party were just good and could be better.

-: The beach cleanliness could be better.The sea was full of strawSome of the guests were very annoying as they were throwing bread into the water to feed the small fish, even though it is among the prohibited things in the beach rules.
