+: יש חוף פרטי נקי ויפה, הגינון ברמה טובה, יש בריכה גדולה וברים בכל פינה, הצוות נחמד ואדיב. ארוחת בוקר טובה ומיטות גדולות ונוחות.

-: החדרים רחוקים, הבקתות ממש רחוקות ועוד בחום של סיניי זה מאתגר, יש בעיית תאורה הייתי מסתובבת בבית מלון עם פנס של הטלפון, בקבלה לא מפעילים מזגנים ויש ריח לא נעים בפינות ישיבה, המתקנים ישנים, הדלתות ננעלות וגם הכספת, השתיה בתשלום מאוד יקרה והקיוסק יקר ברמה המיקום של הבית מלון נמצא בנמל של נואייבה ואין בסביבה שום דבר צריך רכב צמוד
