The hotel was opened in 1999. The last renovation was in 2014.

All rooms can accommodate two adults and two children up to 12 years old. Children up to 12 years old are provided with a three-quarter sofa or an extra bed, depending on the room type.

Rooms with separate beds have a sofa.

Rooms with one large bed have an extra bed.

Hotel guests have free admission to Cleo Park. Cleo Park has 17 slides for adults and 5 for children. The pools of the water park are not heated during winter.
