+: All staff are extremely friendly and very helpful and professional. Amir from the reception desk was very good as well. Ahmed the driver is excellent and very helpful. The property is comfortable and welcoming as well.

+: فخم بمعنى الكلمة: غرف وملحقاتها من أماكن يمكن للسائح التجول فيها في الفندق.. إبداع.. تشعر أنك في عالم ممبز من الفخامة بحق.
-: الموقع حتى الآن صحراوي والحقيقة لو كان الواحد يروح بوحده فهو جدا يخوف لأنه في منطقة مقطوعة تقريبا.. لابد من صحبة للإقامة في هذا الفندق..الطريق للوصول إليه مخيف وصعب!!

+: نظيف جدا جدا المرافق متنوعة وممتعة .. الفطور رائع .. المطعم الياباني خرافي ..واهم شئ في الفندق كان تعامل الموظفين الغير عادي .. كلهم بستقبلوك بحب ويتعاملو بشكل لطيف جدا .. الهاوس كيبنج كان اكثر من رائع بحب اشكر الاستاذة سعدية غالب جدا موظفين الاستقبال البشوشين والخدومين جدا اخص بالشكر استاذه مريم من العلاقات العامه ، فيلوباتير و ايه من الريسبشن، محمد رزق المطعم ، رجب و ايمن من الكونسيرج.
