Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Iberotel Luxor 4* 2024-2025 Egypt, Luxor

+: Breakfast is my main meal of the day, the egg chef was great. Some bread, fruit and coffee set me up for the day. Thanks

-: Maybe if the lie restaurant had been open I would have tried it out.

+: I loved staying at this hotel! The hotel has an excellent location, close to the River Nile and a 15-minute walk from the bus station, especially for those who choose to take the bus from Cairo to Luxor. The hotel offers a very varied and tasty breakfast from 6am. The staff are friendly and available for any questions to ensure a pleasant stay. I would particularly like to mention Kristeen, Mostafa and Mossa at the front desk at the reception and Hagag and Abdelchak at breakfast in the restaurant. My room was spacious, clean and quiet with a terrace, equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. A good night's rest was guaranteed with the excellent quality of the mattresses. It was an excellent choice for me and I highly recommend it because, although it only has 4 stars, for me it meets the requirements of a 5-star hotel.

+: The location

-: Cleanness:Rooms were not clean in the first place, smells bad, bedsheets were not clean enough. The bathroom was dirty especially the bath itself. Safety & Security:The door of the rooms were so weak and does not seem secured. There are lots of people outside from the hotel enters hotel for photo shooting. The security in the entrance was good considering that they were checking the taxi driver who was dropping us to airport. Furniture:The furniture of the hotel was so old and smells bad and it does not look the same in the photo. The photos on booking is not showing the whole room’s perspective. The furniture damagedold furniture. The rooms seems like from 70s. On the other hand the carpet on the floor was smelling so bed. AC was so poor and old style. It does not work properly. That’s also smells bad. Also, hairdryer was not appropriate, seems like from 60-70s. Food:Limited options for the breakfast and tasteless food, there were limited cups next to coffee machines even if you go earliest. Staff: Only the indoor bar’s staff was kind and friendly, they were smiling.Extra Charge: The hotel charged us extra money although we showed our booking total value, pretending that it’s normal and stating that it’s Booking’s stupid fault. We kept the documents and took the screenshots we will bi-literally complain about this.

-: 服务不及时不到位，叫个水从前天晚上到第二天退房都没送来，每个服务员都说马上来。设施比较老旧，整个房间唯一能找到的插头都插着台灯，感觉是叫你别用电。 床上默认只有床单没有被子，我们叫送来了毯子隔壁中国同胞一家人半夜被冻醒。有些房间柜子里有放被子，不是很理解。 说的有停车位其实是让我们在马路对面随便停，酒店保安还联合门口的骗子一起骗我们要买一天的停车票，后来是我有警觉找了前台确认，不需要付钱的。

+: L’emplacement, le personnel et le cadre

+: Great pool on the Nile. Comfortable rooms. Good food - dinner and breakfast. Located well for East Bank Luxor sights.

-: The road outside is noisy into the early hours so bring earplugs if your room is there. We booked half board and dinner on arrival was this was a bit chaotic. However the staff pulled it back and were very attentive and put together a very good meal.
