+: Lounge, beach pools and entertainment

-: Most food was terrible

+: location was beautiful, staff were very friendly and willing to help. The beach bar was great. The general Manager was a symbol of friendliness and hospitality. He went around greeting guess , i really admired that. the pools were clean every morning, too much to drink and eat. I love the taxi service. Good room service. i love the entertainment after dinner, it was lovely

-: The heat, i underestimated it no cold water to shower in the room

+: النظافه جيده الطعام جيد. خدمه الغرف جيده جدا.الشجر والخضره ممتازه وحمام السباحه متعدد.

-: الطعام غير منوع. اسوأ انيماشن تيم شفته فى التاريخ صعب جدا تلاقى مكان على البسين وعمال البسين قالوا ان الاجانب بيحجزوا الاماكن الصبح بدرى واتضح ان العمال هما اللى بيحجزوها ويبقى البسين فاضى ومتلاقيش مكان عليه ودى اول مره اشوفها فى اى فندق برده. الحجز ليه عشا مجانا فى المطعم الصينى من اسوأ المطاعم الاكل كان سى فود الله يحفظ النعمه بس كانت تجربه سيئه جدا جدا.بعض الشيفات فى المطعم بيتعاملوا مع المصريين او العرب زى مايكون بيشحتوا مش دافعين تمن الخدمه والحمد لله مفيش تبذير فى النعمه بس اسلوبهم يضايق فى تفرقه المعامله بين الاجانب والمصريين والعرب

+: The entertainment was very good for all ages.There were many pools. beach was close by Food was very accessible around the pool.Option of late meals in the main restaurant.Very clean and kind housekeeping.

-: Different Colored people get different treatment Chinese and pasta restaurants are not as nice. The only nice one is the Italian and Egyptian and main restaurant.Taxi service in resorts ripped off 8 pound to marina wich uber app or indrive app charges 2pound.Spa is overpriced at different prices for different nationalities. You can get half of the price from downtown or marinaThe excursions booking staff is overcharged and pushed you to book excursions. You find cheaper prices on booking.com or private companies all over in marina.And rush you, too. Check out even before the checking out timeA lot of facilities are open at certain times.
