+: Schönes Hotel und nettes Personal. Alle Sonderwünsche wurden promt erfüllt. Keine nervige Animation am Pool. Kommen gerne wieder.

-: Das Buffet war geschmacklich gut allerdings ein wenig eintönig.

+: Cant fault the hotel as it was beautiful and the staff were amazing, the only issue I had was the food was very much the same every night and I just ate chips and some sort of meat for the whole week here. Now I am not sure if thats because the hotel is German?? The staff all speak German and all the guests are German so I think they are making food for the Germans?? My issue is with booking.com as they don't say anywhere on the site that this place is German and mainly for them, hence why the staff all speak German. I will be taking this up with booking.com on my return. Hotel was clean and room services 3 plus times a day with turn down in the evening which was great, staff were very helpful with absolutely everything, they always spoke to us in German till they knew we were English and then struggled with the language (except lovely jubbley) I did enjoy it here but because of it being German all the shows were spoken in German and it was very hard getting a drink without having to have the name of it on your phone to show them. Now if your English the hotel next door which is makadi gardens is the English Hotel and exactly the same as in the rooms and staff being amazing but not sure about the food as we never ate there, so make sure you book MAKADI GARDENS IF YOUR ENGLISH.

+: pasti molto buoni, servizi curati, bevande alcoliche ottime. spiaggia rilassante e ben tenuta. bar sopra il buffet molto buono e ben curato.

-: addetti alla reception scortesi e poco professionali. Palestra piccola e poco curata. sala buffet al chiuso un pò troppo scura e chiusa da tende.

+: best hospitality you can ever have friendly and generous staff welcoming guests and let us feel comfortable and entertained. it is an enjoyable experience beach, pool, restaurant were very well maintained

+: Empfang, Essen und Trinken, ausgezeichnet, Personal und Service hervorragend Schon die schöne Gartenanlage hat uns in Ferienstimmung versetzt. Schön ist auch die überschaubare Grösse des hotels.

-: Internetzugang mangelhaft Fitnessraum alte Geräte-Raum sollte renoviert werden.

+: Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, bequeme Liegen. Gutes Essen.

-: Masken werden nur schludrig getragen. Die Anzahl der Mitarbeiter aus der mittleren Führungsebene verhält sich im Restaurant viel zu auffällig und auch hier werden zum Teil keine Masken getragen. Liegen am Strand stehen zu eng.

+: Die Gastfreundschaft war sehr angnehm und doch nicht aufdringlich. Das Personal ist sehr gut geschult. Da das Personal durchgeimpft und nur Gäste mit Zertifikat zugelassen werden, konnten wir unsere Ferien ohne Maskenpflicht geniessen. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich, lecker, in grosser Auswahl und die Präsentation hervorragend. Sauberkeit in der ganzen Anlage hervorragend.

-: Es gibt für uns nichts zu beanstanden, wir waren vollends zufrieden.
