The JAZ Neo Saraya Palms hotel is a four-star complex situated in the heart of the Madinat Makadi tourist region on the Red Sea. It is surrounded by the landscapes of the Makadi Golf Course, which fosters an atmosphere of tranquility and privacy. Operating on an all-inclusive basis, this hotel offers guests a well-thought-out and comfortable holiday experience, particularly suited for families and large groups due to its spacious accommodation options. The hotel features 102 rooms housed in low-rise buildings.
Accommodation is provided in modernly decorated studios and suites with one, two, or three bedrooms. All units are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a mini-bar, and a furnished balcony or terrace overlooking the pool or the golf course. A significant feature of the suites is the inclusion of a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave, as well as a living room with a dining area, which enhances convenience for longer stays. Guests can use the free limited-traffic Wi-Fi in rooms and public areas or purchase high-speed access.
Guests have access to a private sandy beach located approximately 1 kilometer from the hotel, served by a complimentary shuttle bus. +: Io e mia moglie abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare all'Hotel Jats Makadi Saraya Palms di Hurghada per due settimane durante il mese di agosto 2024.L'hotel si presenta come una struttura ampia e ben organizzata, costituita da diverse palazzine di due piani. Dispone di due piscine: una più grande, dotata di giochi per bambini, e una più piccola, perfetta per chi cerca un po' di relax. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, con giardini splendidi che contribuiscono a creare un ambiente piacevole e rilassante. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la vista sul vicino campo da golf.La nostra stanza era, in realtà, un appartamento spazioso e confortevole. Composto da due bagni, una cucina, un soggiorno, una camera da letto con un letto queen size e un ampio balcone, l'alloggio ci ha sorpresi per le sue dimensioni e il comfort offerto.Il personale delle pulizie e quello di sala sono stati impeccabili nel loro lavoro, sempre attenti e solleciti nel soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti, contribuendo a farci sentire davvero in vacanza. Tuttavia, abbiamo avuto qualche problema con il personale della reception. In due occasioni abbiamo riscontrato guasti al condizionatore della nostra stanza, e purtroppo il personale non è stato pronto e solerte nel far intervenire i tecnici per la risoluzione del problema. Solo dopo le nostre insistenze, e al ripresentarsi del guasto, ci è stata infine assegnata una nuova camera.Il cibo offerto dall'hotel è stato un altro aspetto positivo del soggiorno. La cucina è molto varia e di alta qualità, soddisfacendo pienamente i nostri gusti.In conclusione, consigliamo l'Hotel Jats Makadi Saraya Palms per una vacanza a Hurghada, assegnandogli una valutazione di 4 stelle su 5.

+: A személyzet rendkívül kedves és figyelmes. Az ételek finomak és változatosak voltak, soha nem volt kétszer ugyanaz. A kert gyönyörű és gondozott,a tisztaság makulátlan. A szálloda csendes,nyugodt környezetben van. Pihenésre vágyóknak tökéletes. Az aqua park fantasztikus és óriási. Nagyon jól szervezett a közlekedés,senkit ne riasszon el hogy nem közvetlen a tengerparton helyezkedik el a szálloda.
