-: All-inclusive rates do not include alcoholic beverages if booked from booking.com. You only know about that during check-in. Staff are not so friendly or helpful to foreigners. The housekeeping did their job well before i checked in my room, i.e., there were long black hairs all around the bathroom (check the picture i added to this review). The beverages were low quality, i could only drink soda water after some point. The food served was low quality during breakfast and dinner. Pool and beach front cafes were closed early during the day time. Check-in takes a lot of time

+: It is not the newest and most modern resort, but it was good overall and the stay more enjoyable than expected. It is important to understand and practice the egyptian tipping culture and you will notice an immediate improvement of the staff relationships.

-: The food at the buffets did not have too many variations.

-: المكان مهما كان جميل و نضيف و الناس كلها محترمة..تبقى المقابلة و الاستقبال و الأسلوب فى التعامل مع الضيوف لمكان الإقامة اهم من كل الميزات الأخرى الموجودة بالمكان..موظف الريسبشن المتواجد فى المكان فى. الشيفت من الساعة 10..بصراحة مقابلته مكانتش لطيفة خالصة و حتى بيتكلم فى التعليمات بأسلوب مش لطيف خالص ، قفلنا من المكان كله..برغم أننا راحين نروق اعصابنا مش نحرقها. باقى المكان و الخدمات بصراحة ناس راقية و محترمة جدا جدا.
