-: L'hotel ha bisogno di un rinfrescata. La zona delle camere non era pulita. Le camere sono datate. Il personale specialmente quello della colazione e ristorante andrebbe formato meglio.

+: Perfect for the airport 6 minutes away , we got an upgrade and mostafa at reception was really welcoming and a perfect host

+: Nice hotel. 5 minute shuttle ride to airport. Several ho-hum restaurants on-site, so plenty of options. Beer and other drinks available on request.

-: We paid extra for the Butlers Pantry option. Don’t bother. It’s a few teacoffeecakes options. You’ll definitely have to go to the restaurants as well. And the Egyptian pound is so low everything feels inexpensive for non-Egyptians. Also, the AC wasn’t working in the gymnasium. 30 minutes running on the treadmill left me drenched in sweat. The pool felt nice after that.

-: Odeur d’humidité et de tabac dans les chambres. Mini bar non inclus pourtant le prix de l’hôtel est très élevé. Arrive vers 1h du matin, Check in long , on a du attendre longtemps pour le lit bébé qui a pourtant été demandé à l’avance. Mauvaise gestion pour les navettes aéroport . On nous dis de patienter dans le hall alors que 2 navettes s’apprêtent à partir. Enfin bref je déconseille
