-: The hotel stay was the worst experience I've ever had. Air conditioning was not working and it was 43 degree , it was under maintenance, they did not inform us. The staff were not well trained to ensure customer satisfaction.

-: The hotel stay was the worst experience I've ever had. The customer support was abysmal - I have never encountered such a low level of service in my life. From the moment I checked in, everything was a disappointment. It was under maintenance.The sound of sanding and refinishing in the hotel was so loud. It was 43 degrees and the air conditioner wasn't working. We called the hotel reception but they hadn't fixed it.Everywhere in the hotel didn't have air conditioning, imagine eating in an oven

+: Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer und die Anlage waren sehr modern und während unseres Aufenthalts nicht überlaufen.
-: Das Personal beim Frühstück am Buffet hätte etwas ambitionierter sein können. So wurde z.B. das Omlett zubereitet und einfach stehen gelassen, obwohl zugesagt wurde, man solle Platz nehmen. Schließlich haben wir uns das kalte Omlett selbst geholt. Dagegen spricht zwar grundsätzlich nichts, aber der Koch stand nach der Zubereitung einfach herum, so dass man hätte erwarten können, dass er die Kellner - die stets unterwegs waren - darauf hätte hinweisen können.
