+: I wanted to change the mattress topper they did changed right away, i forgot my bags in the hotel they sent it to cairo by go-bus and didn’t charge me anything. Great service. Manager Remon and Ahmed Samir were great.

+: Die Größe des Zimmers und des Balkons war gut, das Fitnesscenter war gut ausgestattet, die Nähe zum Flughafen und kein Fluglärm.
-: Das Personal verhielt sich ungeschult, nachts bis 3h lauter Diskolärm zu hören, kein vorgelagertes Korallenriff und nur sehr begrenzter Platz zum Schwimmen im Meer, das Buffet wiederholte sich oft, sehr viele russische Gäste, die im Bikini am Buffet stehen, viele Ausflugs-Anbieter am Strand, grundsätzlich würden wir das Hotel eher im 3-Sterne-Bereich sehen hinsichtlich Service und Angebot.
