+: I liked that they try to make you feel special by (flowers, fruits , etc in the room) Also the butler assigned is amazing :) thanks. The bed is comfortable the room has a nice comfortable feel. The view is awesome
-: The beachfront jacuzzi room is way overpriced. Checking in was little slow as apparently they didn’t know I was arriving ! And I booked over 24 hours before arrival. Once walked in the room the floor looked smudged and dirty. I opened the balcony doors and there was electrical wires coming out of it ! The bedroom and toilet are separated by glass and this was smudged with previous guests oil stains ! The jacuzzi in the balcony is filthy and if your room is under the bar then everyone can see you from up there and it’s noisy. I asked the receptionist to move my room ! The room is comfortable to sleep in but the WiFi light is placed right next to the bed and it’s like a light house beacon and I had to cover it with a cloth. The hotel has potential if maintained well and making the checkin and checkout smoother.
