The entire team was professional and extremely helpful, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The food was delicious and varied, and the atmosphere in the restaurants was enjoyable.Although the number of rides in the aqua park was limited, each ride was unique and expertly designed, adding a lot of excitement and fun. We had a great time there, and this experience is certainly one that we will repeat many times.I would like to express my great appreciation for Mr. Mohamed Khalaf, the hotel manager, who is truly the soul of this place and the secret behind its success. His presence was evident in every corner of the hotel, and his meticulous attention to detail showed the extent of his professional management. It's rare to find a manager with such dedication and care.I would also like to thank Mohamed Ismail at the reception for completing the check-in process quickly and efficiently. The check-in was smooth and comfortable thanks to his flexibility and professionalism. -: It was monotonous. We got a very small room and not the one we had booked! There was only air conditioning in the small bedroom. We were given a fan in the living room! After just one day we both got severe diarrhea from the food and had to leave the resort early, and my wife had to go to the hospital!
