-: وين ممكن ابدأ ؟ حجزت عن طريق بوكنغ على اساس انه منتجع 5 نجوم وبما ان زياراتي كثيرة لمنتجعات نفس هذه الفئة فهذا الشيء لا يمت للخمس نجوم بصلة اذا كنت عربي وتقرأ كلامي فاهرب عن المنتجع لانك لن تصبح محط اهتمامهم الغرف حجمها كويس لكن مفارش السرير قدييييمة وتم استعمالها لالآف المرات لدرجة ان المفارش محببة والمخدات مضغوطة وحشوتها خربانةالالعاب المائية قليلة جدا وليست مغرية للاطفال البوفيه اقل من عادي ومستوى النظافه فيه سيء حيث شاهدت بعيني احد النزلاء يتذوق الشوربة من نفس ملعقة التقديم 😖اما للصالون والسبا فهو النصب بعينه حيث يعرضون عليك اسعار فلكيه ومن ثم يقولون لك خصم خاص ليتم اقناعك !! اسلوب لايليق بمنتجع 5 نجوم وحتى الاستقبال للسبا سيء جداً عروضهم المسائية ليست متنوعة وعادية جداً أهم نقطة : الاشخاص الي مايحبو يجلسو بالمنتجع طوال الوقت وحابين يطلعون للبلد او الجونه فلازم يحطوا باعتبارهم ان المنتجع هو اخر منتجع بسهل حشيش اللي هو بأخر الغردقة يعني مافيه حاجه بعده وبعيد جداً عن الجونه ووسط البلد

+: Beachfront location, really good aquapark and lots of kids pools. A good family vibe. Accessible for pushchairswheelchairs. Reception staff very helpful, especially Alaa, who is reception manager and helped with booking alacarte restaurants and sorting problems.

-: Snack bars were not open on 1 of the days, but otherwise, there were no issues.
