+: Everything was perfect starting from the check in the deputy manager of the front desk Mr. Khalid welcomed us and did an amazing upgrade to our suite and treated us like one of the owners of the hotel. The privacy and the facilities exceeded our expectations, and at the check out we had a problem that our flight delayed, so he let us use the suite until 7pm and then he invited us to a great dinner and then he opened the vip lounge to use it till our flight time. He is such amazing person. Highly recommend

+: It was in good location , free upgrade to premium suit , excellent customer service . We were met by Mr Helmi who was so helpful and was always around to help . Food was excellent , staff around the pool were magnificent.

+: Nagyon jól éreztem magam ebben a hotelban, szívesen visszatérnék jövőre is! Hatalmas és minőségi választási lehetőségek az étkezésben, kényelmes és tiszta szoba, udvarias személyzet. Néha lehetett érezni, hogy várják a borravalót, de nem annyira tolakodóan, mint máshol. Az első egyiptomi hotel volt, ahol finomnak találtam az alkoholos italokat! A környék is kiváló, golfkocsival körbe lehet járni a környéket, illetve esti sétákat is lehet tenni, anélkül, hogy bárki zaklatna.
-: Nem a hotel hibája,de orosz szomszédokat kaptunk és többször előfordult, hogy nem tudtunk tőlük aludni, mert hangoskodtak. A hotel saját zátonya sajnos már szürkülőben, szerintem fontos lenne a hotel részéről, hogy minél jobban próbálja megőrizni a szépségét, esetleg koralltelepítést is próbálhatna, mert sokak számára (köztük magam is) igen fontos szempont a hotelválasztásban az élővilág.
