+: Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage etwas außerhalb von Alexandria und ist ideal für alle, die Entspannung suchen. Die Zimmer sind äußerst sauber und gut gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant ist schmackhaft und bietet eine solide Auswahl. Besonders positiv ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Region sind die Preise hier relativ günstig, was das Hotel zu einer empfehlenswerten Option macht.

-: Allerdings gab es einige Aspekte, die den Gesamteindruck getrübt haben. Der Pool war nicht immer sauber und wurde offenbar nicht ausreichend gepflegt. An einigen Stellen waren die Fliesen beschädigt, was nicht nur unschön aussah, sondern auch ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Zudem war es störend, dass die Lifeguards am Pool sich gelegentlich zurückgezogen haben, um im Umkleideraum zu schlafen. Solches Verhalten ist in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel absolut inakzeptabel und wirft kein gutes Licht auf das Management. Diese Mängel sollten dringend behoben werden, um den Standard, den man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwartet, zu erfüllen."
