-: سوء خدمة العملاء سيء جدا جدا وتعامل مع النزيل بطريقه غير لطيفه ويوجد لديهم مدير فترة مسائيه يدعى مصطفى من أسوء المدراء بالاضافه طعامهم كثير سيء جدا جدا ملاحظه مهمه : يقومون بتوزيع مياه شرب يوميا في غرف ولكن للأسف ليست جديده وإنما مستعمله سابقا ولا نعرف مصدر ماء اللي في داخلها
