+: Hotel je velmi hezký, přátelský kolektiv. Při příjezdu se o nás poatral heden recepční ( jmenuje se Wael). Byl velmi milý a pokoj nám dal dopoledne, takže jsme nemuseli čekat do 14 hodin. Dále bych chtěla zmínit plavčíky, zejména Mostafa Abdo ( supervisor of lifeguards), ten se o nás perfektně staral u bazénu. Můj syn si Moatafu moc oblíbil a chtěl si s ním stále hrát. Celý tým plavčíků je dokonalý. Jídlo bylo moc chutné, dobryt výběr. Též pochvala patří ostatnímu personálu ( barmani, číšníci,...). Všichni byli velmi přátelští. Určitě se vrátíme brzy!

+: Het personeel is erg behulpzaam, gastvriendelijk en meedenkend. Het is een fantastische vakantie plek met kinderen maar ook zonder kinderen raad ik deze accommodatie zeker aan!

-: Très très loin d être à 5 étoiles sale vieux parties communes horribles nourriture horrible . Et pourtant je ne suis pas difficile. Vase au fond de la piscine , pris une sale eau jaunie . Et j’en passe

-: الشاطىء لازم تركب باص لانه بعيد و بعض الخدمات محتاجة تتحسن زى المشروبات في كوبيات مش كانز و الغرف ضيقة و الفرش مش كفاية 2 مخدة صغيرة و سعر الاقامة فيه على بوكينج عالى لان في نزلاء مصريين دفعوا اقل بكتير عن طريق شركات سياحة و ده خلى المنتجع زحمة و مستوى النزلاء مش احسن حاجة
