+: كل شيء كان رائعفريق عمل احترافى جدا و محترمين و نفسهم يعملوا كل حاجة تبسطنا فى الرحلةبداية من الاستقبال أمحمد صبحى بشكره جدا على رقى معاملته و تريزا و مارينا فى guest relations ناس لذيذة جدا فوق الوصف و مهنيين جدا و مصطفى الهاوس كيبينج محترم جدا و بيشتغل بكل ضمير وامانةالاكوا بارك تحفة ورهيبة ، الاكل جميل جدا لكن مطعم شارمليون كلوب ريزورت كان احسن من الفندقين التانيين بفرق كبيرشكرا شارمليون على الاجازة دى وهكررها تانى باذن الله

+: Le parti comuni (giardini, vialetti, illuminazione) sono ben curati e mantenuti. Parco acquatico carino e con tanta attenzione verso la sicurezza. Addetto alle pulizie Samaan simpatico e disponibile. Addetti ai ristoranti disponibili per organizzare la cena a sorpresa per mia compagna.

-: CAMERE: All'arrivo abbiamo dovuto cambiare subito (con grande difficoltà) la camera sia per le condizioni pessime della pulizia che per la presenza di un forte odore strano nella camera. Per non parlare del pessimo stato della manutenzione della camera sia quella rifiutata che quella nuova (mobili rotti, datati, piastrelle piene di muffa, ecc.). ACQUAPARK: Acquapark tutto sommato è carino, ma presenta degli orari strani: dalle 10:00 alle 12:00 e dalle 14:00 alle 17:00. Ciò significa che un cliente deve svegliarsi presto per fare in fretta la colazione, e prepararsi subito per arrivare alle 10, altrimenti rischia di beccarsi la chiusura per pranzo. RISTORANTI: Cibo di scarsa qualità, pieno d'aglio e poco curato. Alcolici (es: vino e birra) spillati da sacchetti di plastica. ANIMAZIONE: Praticamente assente. Di giorno kids club chiuso. Tutte le sere più o meno le stesse cose (mini disco). Spettacoli per bambini inesistenti. PERSONALE: Fanno fatica a comprendere le richieste. Non comunicano tra di loro per eventuali problemi. Al check-out ci hanno accusato di aver rotto 2 asciugamani (cosa che non abbiamo fatto) chiedendo 20 euro di ricompensa. Al ristorante, niente mancia=niente cameriere per prendere da bere. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto passare ben 2 settimane in questo resort e sicuramente non ci torneremo. Ve lo sconsiglio vivamente. Spendete qualcosa in più e godetevi una vacanza ben servita.
