-: Le spa, j'ai fais deux massages, une vrai torture, ce ne sont pas des professionnels. C'est dommage car l'hôtel est du 5 étoiles. J'ai gardé des bleus toute la semaine qui a suivi.

+: Large buffet with everything you would like.There was also additional restaurants you could book in the all inclusive deal that served amazing a la carte. Beautiful hotel with large rooms!They offered many activities so you had always something to do. Beautiful garden and very good pool with pool bar. They had live singers many nights and performances. It was a great experience.They had good kiting for my partner and I could ride horse on the beach.
-: We had issues with the air conditioning in the room and they were not able to fix it in a timely manner and we needed to go to the reception many days in a row which took time from our holiday. In the end we didn’t want to waste more time on asking for the janitor to come again because every time he came to fix it (4-5 times) it didn’t get solved anyway. Also the mini fridge was not working and he had a look at it one time and he said now it works,, but it didn’t either.So basically, we only had problem with the janitor and maybe that the receptionists could have followed it up a bit better and made sure it was fixed instead of letting us find out every day that it didn’t, when we came back to the room.

-: 这次真的是从来没有遇到过的问题，第一，我定的是套房，入住后发现晚上楼下的餐厅烧烤味直接飘进了我们房间，我们没办法使用阳台，当天晚上就跟前台交涉说第二天要退房，前台说让我找booking，他们没办法解决，但是我的房费全款都是在酒店扣的啊。我联系booking后，客服跟我说必须酒店同意才能退房，那真的是在踢皮球。红海酒店真的很坑，第二天告知我们没有办法退房，只能换房，说政策就是这样，而且态度也很强硬。都这样了，我真的一点心情也没有了，那我就不要损失了，花了一千美元却没有一个很好的态度，然后我就让他们下午2点叫车把我们送到另外一家酒店，结果在退房的时候还要卡我们，让我们继续等，我2点准时下来退房的，然后又继续等待车来接，本来就定的2点，一直等了快一个小时才有人来接我们，我真的服了。在这一个小时的时间里，我看到了前台面对白人客人都非常热情，看到我们中国人，眼睛就闪躲，没有任何微笑和服务态度，总体来说，这家酒店会列入我对红海的黑名单，从来没站在客户的立场考虑问题。
