+: El parque acuático está bien, el hotel y habitaciones muy limpio, el personal agradable.

-: Habitación demasiado pequeña para 4 personas. El wifi exceptuando recepción no existe. Las atracciones de feria son de pago. En recepción en la encuesta final me "aconsejaron" poner una buena reseña.

+: The staff were fantastic. Especially the waiters and the bar staff. Very hard working, professional, friendly, and attentive. Also, the reception and hotel managers provided a very professional and personal service. The reception staff all speak very good English and made us feel at home.The water park was brilliant, the kids loved it. Especially the slides and the wave pool and the animation team kept us entertained with their positive energy and lively evening shows. The live music outside the lobby was superb, really enjoyed it as it provided peaceful ambience to enjoy after the evening meal.The food at the restaurants was good, we never went hungry plus the mocktails at the bar were a nice touch and provided those who don't drink alcohol with a nice selection of drinks to enjoy.

-: Some of the decor in the bathroom could do with updating (e.g. refreshed tiling and a cosmetic uplift) but the bedrooms were nice, clean and modern.
