+: The rooms are huge with the size of a small apartment, ours even got a bathtub and a shower cabin in the bathroom. They are also very modern and confortable. The pools areas are also great, The main had a lot of noise and loud music playing but we stayed at the relaxing pool and was very calm and enjoyable. The beach is amazing for snorkeling with a coral reef wall right under a platform. Despite all the amenieties and different pools the hotel is walkable, You can go from one end to the other in 7 minutes walking calmly but you hvae some carts in case you need.

-: The main issue for us was the food options outside of breakfast and dinner. We didn't feel like going to the buffet for lunch and the only other option to eat between 10 and 19 is the beach bar which only has very limited options of hamburguer, hot dog, two pizzas and not much else. No sandwiches, toasts or anything like that. If you want to have a snack in the afternoon you are stuck with frech fries. Additionally, there is nowhere serving food after 17 until dinner opens at 19. The majority of the staff is super nice but had a bad experience at arrival when a grumpy staff stuck around our room waiting a tip after doing almost nothing. All extra services in the hotel are very expensive, massages and tours are triple the price you can find in Hurghada. Finally, the hotel is very far from the city center, we ended up spending 4h in trips to and from the center for tours and sightseeing.

+: Cet hôtel est juste magnifique, le personnel, les repas tout vraiment rien a redire. Encore merci au directeur pour le surclassement au restaurant en face de la plage et l’entrée à l’Aqua Park pour notre fils. Vous pouvez être fière de tout votre personnel sans exception et une mention spéciale pour Mahmoud qui s’est bien débrouillé en français et pour son sourire 😉 Et vraiment le best de votre hôtel pour moi c’est cette chance de pouvoir faire du snorkling à la plage encore meilleure que les endroits où on nous jettent en excursion.
