Персонал вежливый,но обещание не выполняет сразу, нужно просить по 2-4 раз(не работал сейф и пляжные полотенца выпрашивали). Уборку номера очень редко,мы за 5 ночей не застали. На 2 этаже есть проблема с напором воды в душевой и она летняя(не горячая), на 1 этаже с этим всё ок.

Покупали путевку в Cliff, но в нем не оказалось мест и нас переселили в 4* гостиницу по соседству - Sharm Holiday. При покупке дешевого тура понимали, что будет не совсем комфортный и приятный отдых в отеле, ехали в первую очередь за морем и солнцем. В Sharm Holiday были подубитые номера, постельное белье не супер белоснежное, но не воняло и на этом спасибо, полотенца чистые. Что касается питания- оно не понравилось, в столовой очень грязно, еда выглядела так, что не вызывала совсем аппетит, лично для меня был очень маленький выбор того, что можно съесть. Овощи были заветренные, помидоры не брала, так как создавалось впечатление что их нарезали еще задолго до выкладки а то и вообще может это остатки с прошлых приемов пищи, кто его знает. Главный бассейн расположен возле бара, посетители отеля не сильно чистоплотные и никто не убирает за собой, соответственно официанты тоже редко это делают и весь мусор (салфетки, стаканчики, окурки) от ветра летят в бассейн, что не вызывает желания в нем окунуться (хотя, вид
