+: Very clean, so close to the airport and all shops, the food is great and the staff is friendlyIt is a perfect choice if you are going with your kids.
-: The beach is quite far. There are golf cars but not always and we have to walk a lot to the beach.

+: The duplex room is smaller compared to other duplex rooms assigned to my family members, When I contacted the reception, they did not provide me a clear answer. I request to switch the room but the it was fully booked.

-: The staff were very unwelcoming, the property was so crowded and queues everywhere for any service from the all inclusive services. The food quality was very low and the room was not clean and had ants and looked completely different from the pictures shown on booking and I made the selection accordingly.

In particular, I would like to extend my special thanks to Corulus (I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) at the front office. He was exceptionally nice and made my stay very pleasant. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge Ms. Nina, the lobby manager, for her outstanding service. She is highly intelligent and takes excellent care of the customers.However, I also noticed that the quality of service from some staff members was not up to the standard I have come to expect from Steigenberger.
