+: Everything. It is a splendid, classic grand old hotel, beautifully maintained and ideally located. But the staff were also the kindest, most thoughtful and helpful I have ever encountered in decades of travelling. It was this that made my stay so special and exceptional.

+: I’ve been to this hotel several times before. The location is fantastic and they used to have a good standard.
-: The room cleanliness was not up to the standards, we found some nuts leftovers on the carpet. A fire broke out on Friday and to out surprise the staff never followed and emergency measures or evacuation rules, it was left to everyone to decide whether to leave the hotel or not. Which was shocking to us. When the fire ended they offered everyone free dinner as an apology!!!!
